Are you curious about what goes on at a Critical Dietetics conference? Here is what one attendee shared who attended our 3rd International Conference:
“I wanted to thank you again for your contributions in hosting the conference this past week. I am just back from a two month leave from work and this conference was inspirational, rejuvenating and refreshing. It was such a relaxed and respectful environment and the warmth and openness you both expressed, created an environment that felt more like a gathering of friends than a work related conference. There was also comfort and reassurance in meeting other like minded dietitians that are seeing diverse opportunities within the profession and opportunities for change. I just wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude and many thanks for your passion and dedication to the profession.”
